Attempting an intentional life

Back in 2019, I felt lost.
My phone was ruling my life, I had no hobbies, and I felt stressed at the best of times. I started looking for any answers I could find, and found that we need to reframe how we look at habit building and behaviour change, and do it self-compassionately.
